If you are not satisfied with our cleaning,

we will come back within 48 hours and re clean

the areas that you are not happy with. If you

are still not happy with the results we will

return your money either in part or in full depending on the situation.

If within a 2 weeks of cleaning , you unfortunately have an accident on the carpets cleaned by us, we will come and clean it for you . . . free !

If we do not remove a stain and another company removes it without a trace and without damaging the carpets, we will pay for the stain removal.
