We were part of one of the world’s largest and very reputable carpet and upholstery cleaning franchise organisations from 1989 to 2006. Great training programmes on cleaning techniques, cleaning agents and generally how to run a successful cleaning business. We did this for 17 years!
At the end of 2006, the main partners decided to leave the franchise network and started AngloClean Carpet Cleaners, a totally independent business. This move was mainly to overcome very high overheads connected to franchising enabling us to be a bit more competitive. Also, we had the advantage of choice with regard to equipment an cleaning solutions, we could choose the best and most updated systems at low prices compared to when we were a franchise.

Our experience and training gives us so much confidence that we actually give our customers a written ” Not Happy ? Don’t Pay ” guarantee.
If, for some reason, you are not happy with our work, we will come back and clean your carpet or furniture again. If you are still not satisfied – we will return your money for the unsatisfactory work.
If stains we have removed from your carpets re appear within 4 weeks, we will clean it again for free.
If within 12 weeks you have an accident on the carpets we cleaned, we’ll come and clean it for you free ! YES FREE !
Fully Insured
We are fully insured and carry a public liability cover for £5 000 000.00.

Our insurance also covers the carpets, upholstery, rugs. etc. we are working on. So you can be assured that if any item we are cleaning for you is damaged due to our fault, our insurance will take care of any damage claims.
It is always a safe thing to ask your carpet cleaning company if they are carrying an appropriate insurance policy, ask to see the policy. A reputable company will carry a copy of their insurance.
When carpet cleaners have just 2 or 3 claims, their insurance goes right up, so some don’t renew their policy.
Free Aftercare
At AngloClean Carpet Cleaners believe that if we have no customers we have no business !! So we like to look after them well and treat them like we need them.
Our customers can ring us for advice during normal working hours and we will always help them over the phone.
If within 12 weeks our customer has an accident on carpets we’ve cleaned, we’ll clean the soiled area . . . FREE !
There is no minimum call out charge for our customers, if they call us after the initial 12 weeks. There will be a very minimal charge for cleaning an area on their carpets.
