* If you are not happy with our clean we will come back within 48 hours and re-clean the said area. If you are still not happy with the results we will return your money for the unsatisfactory work.
* If stains we have removed return within 4 weeks we will come and attempt to clean it for you free.
* If we do not remove a stain from your carpet and another firm removes it without a trace, we will pay them for the stain removal.
* If within 12 weeks of cleaning your carpets, you unfortunately have an accident on the carpets we cleaned, we will come and clean the accident spot for you free!
