” With spring (supposedly) here I suggested to my parents the other week that it would be a good time for them to have their carpets cleaned. An unfortunate collision with the sideboard had left an attractive bloodstain in the sitting-room. Then there was the rug which was looking a bit the worse for wear. And the sofa…….My list was growing. I contacted AngloClean Cheltenham Carpet Cleaners for a quote. A delightful chap rang back within the hour and said he would come round the next day to look at what we wanted doing. For starters, he came when he said he would. He then emailed his quote later the same day and we rang him to arrange an appointment date for the following week. I wasn’t there when they came to do the work but my mother said they were most courteous and obviously took great pride in their work. And I have to say I was absolutely staggered with the results. The upholstery on the sofa looked new. The bloodstain was gone – completely! And after the job we were contacted to check we were happy with the work. What more can you ask for?
